Power and Influence Leadership skills, like sports mastery, is gained via an individualized, on-going, custom designed thinking and learning process that utilizes assessment, direction, focus, experience, feedback, and support.
Coaching activities include one-on-one skills coaching, case studies, skill exercises, discussion of selected and relevant articles and resources, lectures, skills application practicing, and feedback.
As part of the Power and Influence coaching program, each coachee will complete the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series as well as other targeted profiles should they be needed.
