Many leaders suspect that change brings an uncertain future to their organization but spend a lot of energy coping with what is already happening to and around them.
The lack of a successful response to marketplace, competitive and organizational change often emanates from a lack of training and learning in the art and science of organizational change and development.
Leader Peer Coaching is about handling change, and change is about learning. Learning enhances an individuals ability to take action due to new knowledge and experience that produces successful results.
The core componentof Leader Peer Coaching is the group meeting. Peers typically meet once a month or more often in a trusted and secure setting. During these group meetings members grapple, under the guidance of an experienced coach, with the issues that can make or break their executive and leadership skills development and organizational capacity.
Meetings are not venting or war story telling opportunities but rather are about moving forward and, to that extent, can be said to be future-oriented yet firmly grounded in the present.
The key to Leader Peer Coaching success is "Action Learning", that is, an individualized, on-going custom designed thinking and learning process that utilizes assessment, direction, focus, experience, feedback, and support.

Executives determine their own learning and how these new skills and knowledge are to be used in their organization.
